Monetizing with your website merchandise

One way to monetize your website is by offering your website merch. For instance you can sell coffee mug with your website logo or a t shirt with your website name. Have you done this?

I haven't done this but i have come across a couple of websites that do this.

Not really that is kind of creating a brand, but I haven't tried it yet.
