I have seen many businesses that offer money back guarantee to their customers and clients. To me, that is the height of warranty that a business can give to a customer.

Why do you think a business would offer a money back guarantee to a client? Does it help to boost sales?

Hi, I think offering a money-back guarantee is a very smart strategy for businesses. First, it builds trust with the customer, who knows that if they're not satisfied, they can get their money back without any hassle. This reduces perceived risk and makes the customer feel more secure when making a purchase. Furthermore, it demonstrates that the company is confident in the quality of its product or service, which can improve its reputation and credibility in the market. Undoubtedly, this helps increase sales, as many people prefer to buy from sites that offer that assurance. It also fosters customer loyalty, as customers are more likely to make repeat purchases knowing the company stands behind their satisfaction. In short, offering money-back guarantees is a strategy that benefits both the customer and the company, building trust and increasing the chances of success.

That is one to build trust and connection woth your customers. If you promise a money-back guarantee, then you have to fulfill it, or else they will be angry and ruin your business reputation.
Yes the whole idea is to fulfil it that's just it. We can't just do without promissory to customers but try to fulfil it.
