Indeed, money is cruel to the needy, and the world of of humans can justify this. No matter how the poor strives, but being moneyless, they cannot even think how to improve their financial situation. They lack resources, no connection, and they feel trampled by the society.

Who is to blame for that kind of fate? Somehow, they can say that they inherited their poor living from their parents. If that's the picture they see as the origin of being poor, they have to send their kids to school. Schools owned by governments are free, so there's no reason to deprive the kids to acquire education because they are the only hope to change the version of their financial standing in the society.
