The enormous people appeared disinterested as the mud-soaked bodies of two children were taken out by the villagers. They gathered in a small town in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Swabi area when a flash flood destroyed multiple homes, trapping dozens beneath the debris. While some of them watched as the kids who died were removed, others carried on talking, and the remaining individuals, along with a few troops and rescue workers, continued using their bare hands and instruments to look for survivors.
Neither fear nor tears were present. However, there was anger. For many villagers, it was the unexpectedness of the floods. The majority opinion was, "Why didn't the government warn us sooner?"
