Monthly subscription vs yearly subscription

When you buy software for website creation, do you pay for monthly subscription or yearly subscription? Well, you can of course save with yearly subscription but you will also have to spend a lot of money if you pay for yearly subscription.

I prefer monthly subscription. This is because it is what i can afford for now.

I usually opt for a monthly subscription because there are times when I do not need the software, and it is a waste to pay for a yearly subscription with a large sum of money.

Although everyone's answer will be different, but when I have a site, I always buy or subscribe annually, even some I buy for two years, likewise for antivirus upgrades I prefer annually and get discounts.
