Morocco’s Press Council Law Found Flawed

Morocco’s Constitutional Court finding major flaws in the press council reorganization law is significant. Personally, I think it reflects the importance of protecting free expression. What surprises me is the scale of the legal shortcomings. For me, the most important aspect is accountability—laws must uphold democratic values. I believe this ruling will spark reforms. In the end, press freedom is not just legal, it is the foundation of trust.
