I had purchased a new Lenovo M7 tablet, but I am getting the error message for many apps that it is not compatible. How to find out the compatibility of apps, before purchasing a tablet or smartphone?

I prefer a smartphone than a tablet of Lenovo brand. Lenovo is cheaper but no guarantee of being excellent. I dislike that brand.

The apps you tried, did you download them directly from the play store?
With play store you can easily see if an app is compatible for your device.

I tried to download from google playstore directly and I am repeatedly getting the message that the app is not supported by the M7 tablet, in some cases it is installed on m8 tablet.
What is not compatible? Is it the operating system that is not compatible? Or the hardware can't carry those apps?

You may need to install the latest OS software on your tablet to download some of the apps you want. Or you can research online the reasons why you can’t download some apps.
