From the report in ROCK RIVER, Wyo. , it said that multiple schools were placed under lockdown and a man was arrested after he shot at a rooster who was being a "nuisance" early in the morning.

According to report , the Albany County Sheriff's Office received a call regarding shots fired in the small town of Rock River at around 6:18 a.m. Sheriff Aaron Appelhans decided to place the town's schools into a lockdown for safety of the kids , parents, and teachers.

It was learned that the shots were from two men who had become frustrated with the early-morning crows from a rooster who was well-known in the area, prompting one of the men to shoot at the bird with a shotgun, per the outlet. The bird, and all surrounding humans, reportedly escaped without injury.

The culprits ran out of patience from the sounds of the rooster that prompted him to shoot the rooster. One of the two men reportedly had multiple warrants in Texas, leading to a quick arrest by deputies at the scene of the shooting. The other man received a citation for reckless endangerment with a firearm, but was not arrested. The report added that Sheriff Appelhans said that the rooster doesn't actually belong to anyone, but that they just let it roam the town without bother.

Lol better safe than sorry, if he could shoot rosters, what's next? It's good they took quick action.
Insane human being got distracted with the sound of the rooster, That's the nature of the rooster. I pity the rooster being shot while happily roaming around. That guy has no sound mind.

It was not stated in the report if the rooster was cooked. I believed the rooster was also brought to the police station as evidence, and after that, the policemen cooked the rooster .

Lol you are right, it's probably in a freezer in the police station, or maybe they just have the pictures of it. even after death they won't let it rest.

Civilians are afraid of police he he , so no one can dare claim the rooster and the rooster just roams around freely. The report said that the rooster has no owner, perhaps a stray rooster.

In almost every town, you are likely to see some of that kind of die hard roosters who never belong to anyone but keep disturbing the locality with its unending crow. What suppose to make man happy have turned to nuisance!
That criminal has a bad temper and has a standing crimes, he was in the wanted list.

Lol true, over here we have a lot of them, even goats as well, they just move around the area with no owner, but the annoying thing is that the moment you catch one, some community boys we come and say it's for the community so you must pay.
