My first problem in my online business

I already shared to you my online one business which is selling printed t-shirts and the latest one selling branded shoes. At first, I sold 30 t-shirts and then it was followed with 10 and 5 respectively in a row. For the branded shoes, I was able to sell two two pairs for two weeks. I was happy for the success that I have for four weeks all in all but so suddenly, felt so bad because of the customer who refused to pay one pair of branded shoes. I was thankful, the parcel was not opened. I instructed the rider not to allow the buyer to open the parcel unless pay it first. I am not selling a fake item. I want so sue the customer , but it takes time for me, so I just get rid of a customer like him, but I was mad and messaged not to order if he is poor.
 
One of the biggest issues in online business is return of the product.
I agree based on my recent experience. The feeling is indeed bad but thankful the item was not opened though I capitalised in sending the order.
 
Some customers place orders but then refuse to pay when the items arrive. This has been a common issue among other sellers as well. It is frustrating. Sometimes, you have to let it go, my friend. Karma is digital.

How did you start advertising and promoting your online business of selling of tshirts. Am thinking of going into print on demand this year as well.

In online business you have to take the risk. It takes time to gain the confidence of customers in online business.

That is right. We also need a lot of patience and understanding. It's not all the time doing a business online like a bed of roses. There are ups and downs worth to fight and win to succeed.

You are smart to advise the delivery man not to allow the customer to open the parcel. Here, most online retailers require customers to pay when placing the order.
It's also happening here but there are payment options and one is COD. People here no longer give their 100 % trust to online sellers because of rampant deliveries of wrong orders.
 
I think it was kinda rude to call him poor. Anyone into online business must have to expect this all the time.

That is also true, and regarding my business, it's located in the mall. It is so clean and shiny. All mall renters are required to observe cleanliness in their respective spaces.
