United Bank for Africa (UBA) has announced a change in the billing method for Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) banking services
The bank says it’s in compliance with a new directive from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

I noticed it. It is very painful that simple USSD transaction is charged as SMS. USSD suppose to be one naira or little above it. But we pay six naira for every USSD whether successful or not!
