Negotiation and diplomacy are parts of business for both the customers and employees. They are very necessary to promote orderliness, peace, and business growth, If there is a malicious action done by a worker towards a customer that angers him or her, the management must take action to resolve the matter and find out the root cause of such kind of behavior. Never apply a monopoly to favor one side, the more problems arise.

As a business owner, set the date for the appearance of the two parties to resolve the matter. Be diplomatic and if possible negotiate with either the customer or employee to settle their conflict. On the other hand, the owner must gather the data, get the variables, and get the findings before setting the conclusions and recommendations so both parties will be reconciled. Whatever the cause, the business owner must compensate them.
