According to the news, Nepal woke up to a new political alliance between Nepali Congress and Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist Leninist, in a bid to oust Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal or Prachanda.

The news added that PM Prachanda now faces his fifth confidence vote in 18 months. Can he survive?
