Clickbait is a strategy where you use sensational title, fake information, etc. to improve your traffic. Well, clickbait can bring you traffic, your content can even go viral. But if you are doing it on a consistent basis search engines and social media will start penalize your site. Your links will be blacklisted or blocked. Likewise, you will also lose trust among your audience. Clickbait is a dangerous path with long-term consequences.

I think Click Bait sites always partner with browser feeds. I see them so much in browser feeds and they get massive traffic from there.

Excellent advice, clickbait is the worst weapon in SEO, the only thing it does is make people feel scammed, hate you and never want to access your content again, it's never worth it in any case, in my opinion.
