I actually know how painful it is to have someone walk into your shop, and you are expecting the person to buy, and after some long negotiations, the person left the shop without buying. It is easy to get angry with the person and want to insult the person for time wastage.
Don't do that. If they don't buy today, they would buy tomorrow or give you referrals.
