Nigeria Protest: 269 suspects arrested for looting of government and public properties under the guise of nationwide protest.

Report online had it that the Kano State Police Command has arrested 269 suspects for looting of government and public properties under the guise of nationwide protest.


SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa,The spokesperson of the command, disclosed this yesterday August 1, 2024. many Jerricans of 25 litres of vegetable oil, a large quantity of stationeries, foodstuffs, and other valuable properties were recovered from the suspects.

These suspects might ride on the protest. Instead of helping they are adding instead the burden of the people who were on protest.

A whole lot of them were arrested though they have been released now but they were made to save punishment for looting others

I am glad to hear that they are already released. That's good for them to receive the punishment for having done something against the law.
