Sometimes government also have limitations in various ways. But none is justified in case of the ordeal of people who deserve their due. And many a tikes, everything boils down to the power if corruption and corrupt people in the government. If the intentions are in right place, they will find a way to come up with a solution.

Corruption is an universal thing now. Yes, some countries have more of it than others. It's unfortunate that we see them more in underdeveloped and developing countries. People in these countries suffer a lot as such.
 
Very true. Corruption is a termite that weakens all systems and the society. Society can be changed only with people changing. Sadly, not many good people want to join politics. That makes politics a dirty game and more bad people enter it.

Well states, not many good people want to join politics. That's the problem so the bad ones take over to pollute everything

It's been so for decades now. Now, most in the political pool are corrupt. If a good new comer comes they make sure that he doesn't survive. It's very tough to be the part of the system if you are not like them.
