North Korea sends 600 more trash-filled balloons over border to South Korea

North Korea has released approximately 600 trash-filled balloons including everything from cigarette butts to plastic across the border, Seoul's military reported on Sunday. Security troops are collecting them as they arrive. The balloons are landing in South Korea's northern regions, including the capital Seoul and the neighboring region of Gyeonggi, which collectively house about half of the country's population. That is unusual. I believe Kim Jong Un is planning something strange.

Sometimes, i use to wonder what is making North Korea to be rebellious to almost every United States allies. Once, North Korea government heard that you are associated with United States, they will start making annoying advances towards the state.
