No, it never happened here. If they victimize innocent olds, they will be sanctioned by the netizens.
I just believe any group of people can be targeted for fraud. We just have to avoid them to keep self away from scammers
In my country it is very safe for older investors, there is no fraud or financial fraud. Because all investment platforms require strict KYC and even different IP addresses must be reconfirmed.
