If you're a business person, never reveal anything you know. It's crucial. You don't know the real motives of the person whom you're talking about important matters in business reflected in your plans. You will surely regret if that person copies everything and you will learn late and no other option but to create the most logical and topnotch plans.

Promise yourself never to do the same mistakes which is revealing to someone like a friend or coworker things you learned. In conclusion, let's not trust anyone when business is involved.

Even when I am teaching someone, I don't always show them or tell them everything. It's best they take out time themselves to research.
That's correct they have to exhaust themselves to know things that are not told by your expert mind and hands. We have to preserve ours.

What if they pay you as an apprentice to come learn a skill from you. Are you implying that you won't teach him or her everything. What then is the value of the money they paid?

Even when they pay to come learn from me, I still can't teach them everything cause the truth of the matter is you can never teach them everything. There are things they need to research themselves and learn themselves to grow. While I was learning photo editing and drumming. I was only taught the basis. To become better I had to go out there to learn more. Most times when we teach them everything, it makes them lazy to explore and become better. Yes I will definitely give you value for the money you paid, but I still can't teach you everything. Like in business you don't tell them everything cause there are somethings you use personally for the growth of your business.

This thread made me to remember a story i read that a Pepsi worker try to sell their recipe to Coca cola company. But unfortunately, insteasd Coca cola informed the Pepsi company. 😂😂😂😂
That was funny and a great lesson for that worker stealing the recipe from Coke company. It is a crime. Hoping that the worker is sacked.

I agree, we will only make the person lazy or a freeloader. It is simply because he does not know everything, he needs to learn the basic, and am so sure that person will never do it . He likes a short cut way.
