Online business does not have a web -based support system

Since email is not reliable, most companies have a web based ticketing system where the customer can login to their account and reply. However one of the largest crypto exchanges does not have a web-based ticketing system and it expects customers to reply to emails. If it does not receive the email, it closes the ticket. So what can a customer whose emails are not delivered do?

Every email should be delivered except from blocked domains. But those who use blocked domains should not even be able make account.

I had marked a cc of the email to another email of mine, and it was delivered without any major problem. Only the crypto exchange claims that it has not received the reply email and is not releasing the funds.
