Online investors punished for refusing to partner others

Government agencies, tech and internet companies are extremely vicious in criminally defaming experienced webmasters, online workers, investors to ruin their reputation completely. Then after 10-15 years they cannot find any proof, so they want the experienced webmaster to partner a housewife or young fraud who does do any work, does not invest any money/
Are experienced webmasters first defamed, and then expected to partner someone without experience, work ethic?

l have personally seen this. The most successful Investors are very selfish for sure. They are not willing share the useful strategies that they use nor are they willing to partner with others for doing joined deals

This is something very wrong. I don't have any idea if it's happening in India.

It's hard to believe that something like this could happen. I sincerely hope that such incidents won't occur in our country, now or in the future.
