If you are an online seller, I am so sure you face many obstacles dealing with virtual people and other virtual goods and services. If you are capable of solving them, it will be okay because money is important once do business online or offline. Some online shoppers keep on complaining about your services as online sellers. The following are the problems faced by online shoppers online sellers must take note: 1. Unprofessional, Dated Design 2. Having a Poor On-site Search Engine 3. Bad User Experience.4. The Lack of Personalization
5. Missing or Unclear Product Information 6. Bad / No persuasive sales copy and 7.Missing or fake product reviews. What must you do as an online seller?

One major problem when it comes to shopping online is that in most cases you do not always get what you see. Pictures can be pretty deceiving most times, then in other cases most of the reviews might not be accurate.

That's so right, reviews are fabricated and the items we order aren't the one when they're delivered to our homes. I never pay a wrong order. The online seller needs to be honest and sincere to avoid losing customers.

This is why i dont blame some persons when they say they don't like making any purchase online. Most of these sellers all they are after is the sales, they don't care about their reputation.

Exactly, and I have been a victim of fake delivery and did not pay orders that arrived home 4 times. They were not my order. I opened the box first and if wrong, sorry to the bad seller the item will be returned. They should learn a lesson.

A lot of people are very native and believe everything they see there's common thing especially on these platforms like temu wish where a product seems really good For a cheap price and people obviously buy that is just marketing trick but it is very silly thing to believe that you will get iphone 11 for 30 bucks

My experience when Covid19 spread, I looked for Vit C in various pharmacies and drug stores but didn't get results, the supply of Vit C ran out, finally I searched on the Lazada marketplace and found a drug store and I ordered using the COD payment system, worth $11, when ordering Vit C arrived, I was so busy I just paid and kept it without opening it first, but after I opened the package to my surprise, it contained only Latex gloves, which cost no more than $3. This was definitely intentional or fraudulent, I complained to the shop and told it to be returned and exchanged, I didn't have time to send it back to the shop, in the end it was gone.

That was so frustrating, LAZADA has a very bad reputation. I was also a victim of that site. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 and when it arrived the item was fake, no charger, no battery How nice to slap the seller.

Oh my god, I totally agree with you. There's this one time I ordered a bedside table, and it looks so nice. The review was okay and the rating was good, so that's why I was convinced to order it. When the parcel arrived, I wondered why it was so small, and I just thought maybe it was because I was still going to assemble it. As it turns out, it really is small because it's a bedside table for a doll house. and it certainly deceived me since it was advertised as being suitable for a human-sized bedroom; it was not indicated that it was for a dollhouse. I tried to contact the seller though, but her page says she's on vacation and does not cater to customer inquiries as of the moment. This is one of the reasons why I am having second thoughts about ordering online.

Some online vendors may provide incorrect or deceptive product descriptions and photos, resulting in customers receiving things that do not meet their expectations. It happened to me a while back. I purchased five T-shirts online. They looked great in the photographs, but when I got them, they looked like junk.

You are not the only one who have had this issue, a lot of persons have complained about getting their goods only to find out its the toy version they got. I can imagine how you must have felt when you realized it.

For electronic products such as smartphones, laptops, etc. or products that cost more than $70, it is better to buy them directly in an offline store, because I have read that many buyers have been deceived.

I am among the victims of fake products, I cried and reported it to Lazada but the merchant cannot be reached. He might have run away with my money and others' money.

Tell me about it; returning the product is so much hassle too, so with requesting a refund.

That is why we as consumers must choose online stores and limit the amount of purchases, for example above $70, it is better if we buy goods offline, and in the shop we can try the goods so that we can prevent receiving damaged goods and fraud .

Yeeh, that's our experience as online buyers, therefore we also have to be more careful and wary of bad sellers, and limit the number of online purchases, so that we avoid major fraud.

I no longer buy online. I do not like to receive another fake products. My latest scam was the Mystery Box. The contents were so disgusting mystery box containing useless stuff that did not even worth $2 .

Whether one has an online business or a offline one or a mix of both, your honesty towards your customer would help you sustain and grow. Being dishonest and putting fake pictures, description or reviews about the product might get you more customers in the beginning. But it would not continue for too long. Soon, you would be loosing the customers. It's better to start slow and grow organically. That helps in slow and steady growth, but one that sustains for long.

Lol this is why i always pray any product i get online does not have any kind of fault. Sometimes it takes even up to a week or more just to return a product and get a refund.
