Opening a high school in a location populated by wealthy people. What features can I use to attract those parents there?

Businesses have to adapt to the demands of the people that is it's potential market. For a high school that is opened in an estate that has more of wealthy people and elites living there.

What would I do to attract these elites to bring their kids to the school? What features would attract them?

You would need good money to set up the school with all the luxuries that would make rich kids comfortable.

Ensure that class size is not more than 10 students to a teacher. And ensure that all your teachers have masters degree and good carriage.

You need to ensure that the teachers are really qualified that is one of the things that attracts wealthy people to a school.

Before you think about features to include to the business, you need to work on your building. Make it attractive enough cause people are first moved by what they see before anything else.
