When I am in a metro city I receive the OTP sms for login without any problem. Now I am in a smaller city, I am not receiving the sms despite repeated attempts. Has anyone else faced a similar problem?

It is either from your service provider or your phone. And the most times I have had such issues, it is always from my phone not being able to receive the SMS.
