QUIT in over thinking everything. Think only of the best that inspires you. When you over think you are inviting mental stress. That's one factor to get depressed when you realised all are only in your head and no action done. Think only on how to be happy with your family.
 
I am someone who tends to overthink a lot and it never does me any favours. I tend to overthink just about everything and it only leads to stress and worry overtime.

I am getting better at dealing with overthinking but I do need to work on it more.

I also avoid over thinking it stresses me more and the more I feel depressed knowing they're not true and only a very few comes true with efforts made courageously.
