I think owning a review center is profitable. I see here three review centers for ILTS, Teachers Board for licensure, Criminology licensure board, and engineering licensure board. I want to create another business because my milk tea business seems not doing well this time after having a competitor near my space, almost 2 meters apart. The customers spread. I want to a operate a Review Center exclusive for the Licensure Examination for Teachers ( LET) and Licensure Board Exam for Criminologists.

When I went to the office Review Center, I was told to prepare a budget of one million pesos to procure computer units, building, 3 months advance rental of a building, air-condition, projectors, chairs, salaries for the review lecturers, and more. I may not start to rent a lavished building just a wide room to be fully-furnished to save being a newbie.

Do you also have in mind to create a business like this?

Over here selling tea is lucrative only in specific places and probably only in the morning, it would sell more if you sell something to eat by the side.

There are review centers here in the Philippines to help the graduates pass the board examination of their educational field like engineering and architecture bachelor of laws, medicine , nursing, criminology, or education graduates. They cannot take the board exam without undergoing a review. Having many passers would be an advantage to the colleges and universities they graduated from. Their enrolment increase @Nomad and @eLdavis.

Review centers are for the academe for the graduates of a course who are required to take a review before the licensure examination schedule starts, This is not about product reviews, Review centers might not be happening in your country.
