Panguil Bay Bridge, longest in Mindanao, Philippines, a major milestone achieved

From Manila, Excitement is building up as the longest bridge on the southern island of Mindanao nears completion, ready to open for traffic soon. It is at 3.77 km, and the 6.4-billion-peso ($111.8 million) Panguil Bay Bridge in Mindanao is already the longest water-spanning bridge on the resource-rich island inhabited by an estimated 26 million people.

This bridge was the plot of former PH President Benigno Aquino ( RIP ) and finalized by former Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. Duterte is from Mindanao. This is the longest bridge in the entire Philippines.
