People hiding their frauds very effectively

I have noticed that some people and companies have committed very great frauds on me, criminally defaming me making fake allegations without any proof, robbing my correspondence, data to get government jobs, falsely claiming to own my bank account. Yet these frauds have a very good social status, either no one knows their banking fraud or no one believes it. How do these people hide their banking fraud, cheating effectively?
