People say that renting things is "throwing money away".

Some people are of the belief that when you rent things, you are throwing money away. They believe you save money when you own instead of renting. Do you believe that renting is literally throwing money away?

I don't think so! If you know that what you will rent is something you use on daily basis or regularly, it is better you buy it. It makes more economic sense but if it something you rarely use, it is better you rent it and save cost.
