According to the report, at least 11 people have been killed and 14 remain missing in the Philippines as Tropical Storm Bualoi wreaks havoc across the central region. More than 200,000 residents are sheltering in evacuation centers. The storm is now bearing down on Vietnam, with authorities bracing for heavy rains and flooding.

Hoping the storm in Manila ends. Thankfully, there is no storm here in my region in Mindanao. It is crucial if the storm is nationwide, many will be affected. Classes have been suspended for a week now.

The situation caused by Tropical Storm Bualoi in the Philippines is truly worrying. The loss of at least 11 lives and the disappearance of another 14 people underscores the destructive force of this natural phenomenon. Furthermore, the fact that more than 200,000 people have had to seek refuge in evacuation centers demonstrates the magnitude of the impact on the population. It is a relief to know that some regions, such as Mindanao, have not been directly affected, but the threat of heavy rains and possible flooding in Vietnam shows that these types of storms have consequences beyond their initial borders. The suspension of classes for a week is an appropriate preventative measure, but it also highlights how daily life is completely disrupted. It is crucial that local and national authorities continue to provide assistance and keep the population informed to minimize risks and protect lives in these extreme conditions.

The flood is still ongoing in some areas in Manila. There is also a controversial protest from the people in Manila. They blame the government for not updating the budget for flood control. The billions budget were corrupted by many senators and congressmen.
