Pig Heads Discovered Outside Multiple Mosques in France

rench authorities have launched an investigation following the discovery of pig heads placed outside several mosques in the Paris region. Paris police chief Lauren Nunez stated on the social media platform X that law enforcement is making every effort to identify those responsible for what she described as reprehensible acts.

Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau has strongly condemned the incidents, describing them as "completely unacceptable." He emphasized the importance of allowing Muslim citizens to practice their faith in peace.

The placement of pig heads at mosques is widely regarded as an act intended to offend and intimidate Muslim communities, as pigs are considered unclean in Islam. French officials have reiterated their commitment to protecting religious freedom and ensuring the safety of all faith communities.
