Report making the rounds online has it that the operatives of the Delta State Police Command have neutralised a member of a notorious kidnap syndicate in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta state in Nigeria

They have recovered weapons and charms from them. They would be forced to face the full weight of the law soon
