Yes that's true, but there are cases where these employees tend to pretend, once they have secured the job, you begin to see their true colors. How do you handle such cases? Or do you give your employees a probation period to see how they perform?

Well said, i have seen a lot of businesses out there that have fallen simply because they hired the wrong staff.

If I sense my staff is not doing their work well, I will talk to them honestly that if they don't change their bad habit and laziness I will fire them right away.
