Powerful people robbing the savings of citizens they hate?

Some politicians and government employees are abusing their powers to rob the savings of citizens who they hate, to destroy their reputation and their life. They are often making faking allegations without proof, faking friendship and falsely claiming that the savings of the citizen belongs to them. Is robbing the savings/investments of a person you hate, the most effective way to destroy the life of the person?

I don't believe that this is happening where I live. It’s not common for people to ruin someone’s life by stealing their savings or investments. If such acts occur, the perpetrators will be caught.

This is just pure wickedness and abuse of power if you ask me. And the government needs to take action to defend these people.
