I have been with this survey site since this year and have cashed out quite a bit as a matter of fact just cashed out today for $10 amazon they also have PayPal. I will explain the best part about this site in another post don’t want to make this one to long.

How are you Tina? That site might be applicable only in the USA. Anyway, will check this site later to know if my country is part of their program.I checked the site, and yes, they're accepting applicant from the Philippines. I will join tomorrow.

You should know that until now I didn't even know that Amazon rewarded people for taking surveys. Assuming I understood correctly.

I believe I was a member of this survey app or website, but since I live in a tier-3 country, surveys do not come by often.
