Private transportation versus public transportation which is which?

In my country the car owners are heavily taxed not forgetting the hicked prices for the fuel. With that being said the public transportation has become the best option in the sense that car owners leave the cars at home and commute to work on the public transportation means. What is your take on that?

Here public transportation is very uncomfortable so senior citizens have to take private transportation.

Yes even in my country now it is becoming very difficult to ride your car as a private car owner. Using public transport is way cheaper now

I opt for taking public transportation. Due to the high import tax, owning a private car is expensive. Other than that, you have to pay for fuel, parking and maintenance.

Over here due to the cost of fuel and the likes, most car owners actually prefer using a public transportation.

Public transport is good if you want to save money or you don't have your own vehicle in my country public transport is used but most people use cars

Taking public transportation or driving a car, depends on a person's needs, if he as a worker must often go out of the office to meet clients then he would be better off driving his own car to reach his destination faster. Taking public transportation is also a lot of art and makes us get to know more people.
