That is hard to deal with even by the accountants. It seems they are under control. I thought a thing like that did not exist in your country.Among various countries, especially European and Latin American, it's the cumbersome bureaucracy and tax system. Entrepreneurs lose tons of hours to run after new tax laws that the governments issue at every turn. The activity allowed today, it may become forbidden tomorrow cause a new law, for ex. Or the taxes increase. Or the tax report to be filled changes and there is the need to get your accountant's help more often (this means higher fees to your accountant) and so on. Obviously, such a matter won't happen in the case of the dear ancient 9 to 5 employment.
Having different entrepreneurs working together usually serves as a two edged sword. In most cases it usually goes well, but but there are times it tends to backfire. Some business have several entrepreneur working together so there might be different opinions about the company and in taking decisions and even work schedule is divided between all of them instead of having just one.
If a business has several entrepreneurs working together then at the beginning of the business establishment there should be a division/delegation of power and authority, so that their responsibilities do not overlap. and determine who becomes the board of directors. Some business have several entrepreneur working together so there might be different opinions about the company and in taking decisions and even work schedule is divided between all of them instead of having just one.

What you stated is the drawback of having more than one entrepreneur working together. It is negative side.If a business has several entrepreneurs working together then at the beginning of the business establishment there should be a division/delegation of power and authority, so that their responsibilities do not overlap. and determine who becomes the board of directors.
Yes, this can be one of the outstanding problem for a lot of entrepreneurs. You can't even kickstart a business without money. There are so many problems associated with the art of entrepreneurship. The most common ones in my opinion being the lack of insufficient funds for the building of a sustainable business growth.
