QR codes seem to be everywhere these days, but their value is still debated. As a business owner, what do you see as potential advantages and disadvantages of using them? Do you think they help or potentially turn customers away? How have you found customers respond to them in your experience?

One major advantage I see in RQ codes is that it helps not just the customers but also the business owners determine if a product is an original one or not. These days there are lots of fake products. But with RQ codes, you can easily scan and confirm from the manufacturers website.
