If someone is making threatening phone calls, sending messages, is it advisable to post the callers number online trying to get help. The caller is sending garbled messages in Hindi which I cannot understand.

I have studied Hindi in school and college, I am not a native speaker though most people think so. The caller is using some slang words which I do not understand for threatening and I do not know what he means. He does not appear to know fluent English.
