According to the report, Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives in Mongolia and is welcomed by Battsetseg Batmunkh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, according to the Russian state.
The report said that this is his first visit to a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since the court issued an arrest warrant for him last year. Russian state television showed Putin's plane landing in the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar.
