According to him, Ukrainian Flamingo cruise missiles, with information on altitudes in Russian territory, will be able to follow terrain using the TERCOM navigation system. Currently, Ukraine lacks accurate maps of the Russian Federation's surface, which prevents Ukrainian missiles from following the terrain.
