The report said that while war rages in Ukraine and gas stations in Russia are experiencing shortages, Putin is calmly going about his business, such as selling his country lock and barrel to China, said Oleg Zhdanov. The expert supported his opinion with facts gleaned from Russian sources. This isn't publicized in the Russian Federation, but in other parts of the internet, in other countries, you can find information about Putin constantly signing treaties with China. All these treaties are classified as top secret. They're not publicized. The understanding of the Russians is that is that Putin is ceding territory, especially natural resources, and, accordingly, China is pursuing economic expansion into these territories. Russians know about deforestation, pumping fresh water out of Lake Baikal, millions of cubic meters per year, a military expert said, surprised by the news from behind the curb.

Putin's dream of empire will leave no room for either the USSR or Russia. Putin has plunged the Russian people back into the dark ages. Putin is selling Russia now it makes sense by the time Russians find out it’ll be way too late.

From my perspective, the situation in Russia and the perception some have of Putin is truly worrying. The idea that the leader is secretly ceding territories and resources to China, while the population and the world at large remain unaware of these agreements, generates a sense of insecurity and loss of sovereignty. The evidence of classified treaties and the impact on natural resources like Lake Baikal is alarming because it suggests a potential surrender of national assets without transparency. History has shown that authoritarian or secretive leadership can lead to irreparable losses for a country. The concern that Putin is leading Russia backward, even into a darker era, is not just a perception, but could be well-founded if these accusations are true. It is crucial that there be greater transparency and that citizens have access to clear information about the decisions that affect their future and sovereignty.
