In some countries, online business owners are put under surveillance after making fake allegations without proof, so that larger companies can rob their trade secrets for free. Are small business owners put under surveillance for robbing trade secrets in your country?

Over here no one is robbing trade secrets, so i highly doubt anyone is under supervision from any authority.

I understand that my country's tax authorities put online business owners under surveillance to ensure that they file and pay their due taxes. I've yet not heard of robbery involving online business owners .
