Question and Answer Site Vs. Forum Site

Between question and answer site and a forum site, which do you think is easier to build and run? I own a couple of forum sites but I have never tried creating question and answer site? If you have tried question and answer site, I would appreciate if you shed more light into creation and management of question and answer site.

The question and answer site that I know is designed quite differently from a typical forum site. Seems it is very different.

I have never worked any Q&A site but I guess it is easier for me to work on such sites than the forum sites.

Well, i don't know for sure which is easier to build between a Q&A site and a forum site. I like a forum site more tho.

For me l have had very little time into the questions and answers websites to deduce on which one could be better than the other. For me l would go for the forums.
