What could be the reason why Admediatex is not counting page views for some publishers, is it because the software is hacked, or they have decided to rob the page views of some publishers and give them to other publishers?

I have no idea why ad networks continue to rob you off. I have also never used Admediatex. But I think one of the reasons why views are not being counted is because ad codes are not installed properly
There is no problem with ad code installation, page views were being recorded till December 10, 2024, then the page views stopped being recorded on most days.
I really don't know the reason behind this. It could be that the software was hacked.

I think it's best you contact and report the issue to them directly. If there is no response from them, then its best you stop use their network.
Always try to report the issues immediately to the customer care. That's where you would always get the real reasons
Most advertisers geo target their ads so they may display ads but not counting views for people from specific regions that is all.
Do you know Adsterra? If not, I recommend switching to Adsterra without a second's hesitation. To date, my Adsterra hasn't given me a single problem in all the years I've been using it, and it counts visits well.
