That is a logical way to increase our income by reducing our expenditures and increase money more through investment or business. Money is hard to find this time and waste it means you lost a chance to improve your finances.
Nothing takes away so much of our money like unplanned purchases so it is good to reduce unplanned purchase to save money
We all make mistakes, I do make lots of mistakes because I like to take advantage of bank offers and like to place bulk orders, and in the process buy unnecessary things too.

What I do is to take suggestion/ approval from my parents before going for a bulk grocery order and mostly they say NO lol so that helps in keeping my impulse spending in check
It is always good to have a personal restrictions to avoid buying things when you don't really need it
I know, I need to learn this because if I stop asking my parents then I will fill the whole house with things that they may consider unnecessary and I will have a huge capital invested in that which will be a bigger loss.
We just have to learn and train ourselves to stay away from unnecessary spending that we needed to have
Nobody is perfect, we need to see how we control that urge to spend because I have experienced this a lot and have wasted money like that but need to learn quickly.
