Remote Work vs. Office Work: Which Is Better for You?

Lately, whether in the media, communities, or casual conversations, there's often been a debate about which is better for someone, whether it's remote work or office work. In my opinion, there's no absolute right choice for anyone, as everyone has different preferences and flexibility. A mother with a baby might tend to choose remote work because she can work remotely from home while caring for her baby.

Remote work and office work both have their pros and cons, so they don't suit everyone. Remote work can often lead to isolation or a lack of social interaction, but offers significant flexibility. Office work offers a career and bonuses, but is time-bound and requires discipline.

For me, I prefer hybrid working. I enjoy the freedom of working from home, but I also enjoy socializing with my colleagues in office regularly to catch up with each other.

Well grounded remote work is far better for me than any form of office work. It gives a person flexibility and eliminates stress of commuting everyday to an office location.
