A recent study suggests Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2010, is less cognitively capable than previous generations, largely due to over-reliance on technology.
Neuroscientist Jared Cooney Horvath, who led the research, told the New York Post, “A sad fact our generation has to face is that our kids are less cognitively capable than we were at their age. Every generation has outperformed their parents until Gen Z.”

Unfortunately you are right, i guess it is due to the fact that most of them rely too much on technology, hence they no longer reason out things on their own.

The generation only care for watching movies and using their phone 24/7. That is the reason behind their lack of interest in education and mentally exercise. Very unfortunate generation!

Exactly, all they are after is how they can trend on social media or join various trends that do not even make any sense.
