Some Nigerians fleeing from bandits attack in Gurmana community, Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State has drowned in the river

The people of this community usually take a canoe to an island to hide from bandits when about to be attacked. some residents fled to the island that night. The victims were returning home on Thursday when their boat capsized.
