Resume Writing: Does anyone patronize that service?

I see people offering the services of resume writing as a professional service. I and most people I know around me won't patronize such a service. Do people really patronize resume writing services? Is it even a viable service to offer?

But it is not always available like other online tasks like writing contents, transcription, data annotation, programming etc. If you want to make money with writing resume alone, you may stay ages without getting any offer!
